Supper in aid of CRISIS

Crisis is the national charity for single homeless people. At Christmas, they open centres from 23-29 December every year to offer homeless and vulnerably-housed people across London companionship at a time of year which can be particularly lonely for those without a home or family.
Join us for supper to help raise money to support Crisis.
Mindfulness and Yoga
We have teamed up with the WGT Vegetarian Restaurant in Staines to provide a series of Mindfulness and Yoga courses in their newly commissioned WGT Mindfulness Centre. These also provide an opportunity to eat in their fabulous restaurant.
I run Open Yoga classes at Laleham Village Hall on Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday Evening and Thursday afternoon.
There will be no Yoga classes at Laleham Village Hall on Wednesday 30th November as the hall is being used for a pantomime. Follow link below for Christmas timetable.

This retreat is over 5 days at the Mill Retreat Centre set in the peaceful surroundings of its 30 acres of grounds, lake and river. We will provide an extensive programme of Yoga, meditation, guided walks, educational workshops and of course the delightful Argentine Tango with David & Marion Thomas. JC Rawady will be cooking as well as providing Yoga workshops.
