Omtropy was founded by Heather George and runs
Yoga, Pilates and ChiBall classes in Staines and across Middlesex, Surrey and
Berkshire together with workshops on meditation & visualisation. We run retreats
and provide private tuition and classes for spas, health-clubs, corporate enterprises, schools and
local authorities.

Retreats The retreat at the Mill Retreat Centre in Normandy on 22nd - 25th April 2010 was a great success.
The next retreat will be on 19th - 22nd May 2011. Read more. Book by 31st December 2010 to get the special "Early Bird" reduction. Meditation Workshops
