Omtropy was founded by Heather George and runs
Yoga and Pilates classes in Staines and across Middlesex, Surrey and
Berkshire together with workshops on meditation & visualisation. We run retreats
and provide classes for spas, health-clubs, corporate enterprises, schools and
local authorities.
