Yoga Class in aid of CRISIS - Wednesday 13th December 2017 18:30 to 20:00 - Laleham Village Hall - Fully booked

Crisis is the national charity for single homeless people.  They are dedicated to ending homelessness by delivering life-changing services and campaigning for change. Their innovative education, employment, housing and well-being services address individual needs and help people transform their lives.  They are determined campaigners, working to prevent people becoming homeless, and advocating solutions informed by research and their direct experience.  They have ambitious plans for the future and are committed to help more people in more places across the UK. They know they won’t end homelessness overnight or on their own. But they take a lead, collaborate with others and, together, make change happen.

Crisis at Christmas

Crisis opens centres from 23-29 December every year. Their Christmas centres offer homeless and vulnerably-housed people across London (and other cities) companionship at a time of year which can be particularly lonely for those without a home or family. At these centres the guests are provided with:

As well as the many thousands of volunteers to staff the centres, money is needed to pay for goods and materials.  If you are interested in volunteering: Link to CRISIS.
