WGT Mindfulness Centre - Timetable - New Experience Afternoons and Yoga classes.

Heather as Principal of the WGT Mindfulness Centre is bringing you a series of holistic classes, workshops and courses to compliment WGT's vision of practicing mindfulness and promoting ecology as a way of life to support an earth-friendly community.

Mindfulness has been shown to enable people to feel more relaxed, focus & work more efficiently, improve their concentration, confidence & self-control and generally aid both emotional and physical health.

We are now running regular classes at the WGT Mindfulness Centre:

There will be different styles of Yoga and other practices from inspirational teachers, including:  Mindful, Hatha, Flow and Kundalini Yoga, Yoga for Strength, T'ai Chi Ch'an and Mindfulness Meditation.  Other classes will be added as the centre grows.

Places are limited, so to book a class please email Heather.   For more details of future 8 week Mindfulness courses read more.

“Mindful yoga is a lifetime engagement--not to get somewhere else, but to be where and as we actually are in this very moment, with this very breath, whether the experience is pleasant unpleasant, or neutral. Our body will change a lot as we practice, and so will our minds and our hearts and our views.”  Jon Kabat-Zinn.
