“Mindful yoga is a lifetime engagement--not to get somewhere else, but to be where and as we actually are in this very moment, with this very breath, whether the experience is pleasant unpleasant, or neutral. Our body will change a lot as we practice, and so will our minds and our hearts and our views.”  Jon Kabat-Zinn.

Somatic Yoga with Mel Jensen

Somatic Yoga helps you to re-educate your body to move freely and painlessly.  The movements are slow and mindful to release muscle tension.

Yoga Nidra with Cathy Jones

Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping.  It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of their inner world by following a set of verbal instructions.

Yoga for the Spine with Jean-Claude Rawady

The health of your spine is key to the health of your whole body.  J-C will take you through a series of poses that will help improve and maintain healthy movement, flexibility and strength of the spine.

Spanda Yoga with Jean-Claude Rawady

Spanda (Sanskrit word meaning ‘to move a little’) Yoga to manifest our mental and physical energy through the pulse of movement.

Wear comfortable clothing in layers and bring a Yoga mat (if you have one, we have some at the centre) and cushion & light blanket for the relaxation.
