Dear Heather and Marianne

Thank you so much for a lovely weekend. I very much enjoyed the whole experience and am pleased to have the yoga back in me! Fate and destiny have a way of bringing the opportunities our way and all the angels were on my side last week with my meeting Lynn for lunch, the spare space on the retreat, my childfree weekend and of course, luckily for me, having the available cash to fund it.

Last night I also met up with an old friend, with whom I practiced yoga with every Saturday and Wednesday a few years ago, who had also that day been talking about finding out about some local classes so hopefully I can resume the practice and be a bit more energetic for the next retreat and not fall asleep at the end of a class (sorry Heather, but Tony started it off!).

All the best to you both, hope to descend on one of your classes in the very near future.

Namaste.

Heather - it was a pleasure to meet you at the weekend.  Thank you so much for the meditations, yoga and reiki.  You and Marianne had worked so hard, but you must be pleased that the event was such a success.  Warmest greetings, Moira.

I did not tell my yoga teacher that I had been on the retreat, but it would amuse you to know that she complimented me on my postures and said I had made great improvements!!! All down to you and Marianne.

Love Moira.

Hi Marianne

I wanted to thank you and Heather for a wonderful weekend and wondered if you might also pass this email onto her?

You'd both clearly put a lot of thought and effort into the weekend - and it showed.  And not least Tony's contribution with the fire with decorations, and the lovely walks, it was just so complete and well thought out from start to finish.

And what a venue - well done for finding Duncton Mill! I am so in love with it, I am hoping to hire a holiday cottage there at the end of September or over Christmas/ new year.  And John's food, well that man is a genius!

You'll be pleased to know you've both inspired me to get back to practising yoga more regularly, and though early days, I have done some each day (some of which using the chi ball which is good for stretching out the old neck and back).

The retreat was very relaxing and restorative for me.  It was a fab group of people too, which made it all feel so special.

Heather's reiki was a new experience for me, and completely wonderfully calming and positive.  Thank you for introducing me to reiki, it is something I am definitely going to learn more about.

It was lovely to see you again and enjoy your classes - and do hope you and Heather will organise further weekends!

With love and best wishes for a relaxing week, following all your hard work.

om shanti
