	For the sixth year running, Heather George and Tony Davis organised special Yoga classes as part of World Yoga Day. Including donations we raised a staggering £750. There is a gallery of photos on Facebook.	February 2013
	Create Space VIII Retreat at the Mill Retreat Centre. The programme included Yoga, meditation, Tai Chi, Pranyama workshop and guided walks. There is a gallery of pictures on Facebook. 	How apt to have World Yoga Day on Heather's birthday. She decided to treat myself to being taught rather than teaching this year. She was privileged to have Debbie Wherlock, JC Rawady, Alex Imbastari and Becky Lennox to lead two beautiful classes. Their positive energy, passion and creativity was a blessing for all of us.
