Omtropy was founded by Heather George and runs Yoga classes in Staines and across Middlesex, Surrey and Berkshire together with Pregnancy Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Restorative Yoga, Pilates and workshops on meditation including mindfulness & visualisation. We run retreats and provide private tuition and classes for spas, health-clubs, corporate enterprises, schools and local authorities.

Next June we are going to hold a retreat to celebrate our 10th year of running retreats at The Mill Retreat Centre in France. Please join us for 4 days at the Centre set in the peaceful surroundings of its 30 acres of grounds, lake and river. We will provide an extensive programme of Yoga, meditation, Tai Chi/Chi Kung, guided walks and educational workshops. Holistic treatments will be available.

Classes suitable for all. £8 per session
These classes will introduce students to the benefits of Tai Chi. Often referred to as "Meditation in movement", the objective is to build mental and physical wellbeing by encouraging the circulation of Chi (energy).
