Classes

In response to the Coronavirus and so many people self isolating, we have set up an online facility to provide Yoga, Pilates and Meditation classes direct to your home via video-conferencing.  Class sizes are limited to try to achieve the friendly, personal atmosphere of our physical classes.

Our experience over the first week of operation is that meeting up at these classes provides a significant element of all our social interactions at this trying time.

Open as well as private individual, group or corporate classes are available.
