In response to the Covid-19 we have now set up the ability to run classes online using video conference facilities:
Hence you can practice safely in your own home and still meet up (virtually) with the folks you are used to meeting at class. So we can still have a little chat :-)
We are using a simple tool called Zoom. For participants, this has the particular advantage in that you do not have to download the app. You can just click on the link we send out. However getting in to the class will be quicker if you down load the app and then just enter the class id we send you.
Zoom is front-ended by Momoyoga to enable you to buy class passes and use these to book classes.
New service: If you wish to continue your practice at other times in the week, I also provide access to two pre-recorded classes which change each week, normally one Yoga and one Pilates.
I am also providing private individual, group or corporate classes by negotiation.
Register with Momoyoga (see Registration form below)
You can buy:
single or blocks of six class passes (to be used within 2 months)
One hour Yoga or Pilates classes £9 or £48 for 6
40 min Meditations £5 or £30 for 6
3 for 2 for 4 weeks membership for the Yoga or Pilates classes for £72. This gives up to 3 classes a week (for the price of 2) plus a Meditation over a 4 week period, starting from a date you can set. NB: 'use it or lose it', no carry over of credit.
Video access - two classes for one week fro £10
Both bank transfer and secure card payments via Stripe are available;
Meditations are free to NHS staff, health and care workers.
Log on to Momoyoga and go to the schedule
The window for booking classes closes one hour before the class start time;
Participants will be emailed a link to the class 30 minutes before it starts.
